En Calle Atlantico 108 1B es un apartamento de lujo totalmente amueblado con todas las comodidades. Está ubicado en el hoyo 15 de un campo de golf Jack Nicklaus de 18 hoyos con vista a la piscina en el Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort, Sucina, Murcia.

El apartamento está en el 1er piso (ascensor justo al lado de la puerta principal que también conduce al estacionamiento donde hay un espacio de estacionamiento privado) y desde el balcón se mira directamente a la piscina para niños y a la gran piscina sobre la calle del hoyo 15.
Es lo suficientemente espacioso para 5 personas y está totalmente equipado (cocina totalmente equipada con placa eléctrica, lavavajillas, lavadora, nevera-congelador grande, microondas, cafetera Nespresso, tetera, tostadora, etc.

Baño equipado con un amplio baño con ducha de lluvia, lavabo, inodoro y bidé.

Las 2 habitaciones separadas tienen 2 camas box spring para 1 persona con terraza superior, en la sala de estar hay un cómodo sofá cama donde 1 persona puede dormir bien.

Het appartement ligt op de 1e verdieping (lift net naast de voordeur welke ook in parkeergarage uitkomt waar een prive parkeerplaats is) en vanaf het balkon kijk je direct op het kinderzwembad en het grote zwembad verder over de fairway van hole 15.
Het is ruim genoeg voor 5 personen en van alle gemakken voorzien (volledig ingerichte keuken met elektrische kookplaat, vaatwasser, wasmachine, grote koelkast met vriesvak, magnetron, Nespresso apparaat, waterkoker, toaster, etc.

Badkamer uitgerust met een ruim bad met een regendouche, wastafel, wc en bidet.

De 2 aparte slaapkamers hebben ieder 2 stuks 1-persoons boxspring bedden met topdek, in de woonkamer staat een comfortabele sofabank waar 1 persoon prima kan slapen !
